Compliant with TR CU 013/2011 (Eurasian Customs Union technical regulation on motor fuels) Class K5. Sulfur ≤10 mg/kg, cetane ≥51.

Cold-flow specification per GOST 305 with K5 sulfur class. Cold filter plugging point −32 °C, cetane ≥47.

Mineral and semi-synthetic engine oils, viscosity grades per SAE J300, performance per API CI-4 / SL.

Compliant with GOST 22245 — penetration 60–90 dmm, softening point ≥47 °C.

Heavy fuel oil per GOST 10585 — viscosity ≤118 cSt @80°C, sulfur ≤3.5%, flash point ≥110 °C.

Compliant with GOST 8505 — boiling range 80–120 °C, density 0.71–0.74 g/cm³.

Koibagorskaya Oil Depot maintains full compliance with the environmental protection requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Law on Environmental Protection, No. 212-II, dated January 15, 1997, as amended).

The depot operates approved waste management procedures for petroleum by-products and maintains spill prevention infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of the Committee on Environmental Regulation and Control.
